To initiate a return, please email email@example.com and provide your proof of purchase. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping/handling costs. Once your returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed typically within 2-10 business days and applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2 - 10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
There are unfortunately significantly delays in pickups and deliveries caused by COVID-19 which is affecting our shipping partners – UPS, FedEx & US Postal Service.
Unfortunately we can’t guarantee our normal shipping times as a result. We will do everything possible to process your order based on our normal order processing timeframes of 1-3 business days. Once your order is processed, and is ready for shipping, you will get a tracking number and estimated delivery date. However, the estimated delivery date may change due to factors outside of our control that affect our shipping partners. ORDERS ARE THEN SHIPPED VIA UPS OR FEDEX GROUND OR UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE (USPS). WHEN YOUR PRODUCT SHIPS, YOU’LL RECEIVE ANOTHER EMAIL WITH THE TRACKING INFORMATION. GROUND SHIPPING USUALLY TAKES BETWEEN 1 TO 5 BUSINESS DAYS DEPENDING ON THE DISTANCE FROM OUR WAREHOUSE IN LOS ANGELES.
We offer FREE shipping on all orders within the US including Alaska and Hawaii.
