Duvaid accepts returns within 30 days on product that has been unopened and is free of damages for a full refund excluding any shipping and handling fees.  The buyer is responsible for shipping/handling costs to return the items. Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed typically within 2-10 business days and applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2 - 10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
