Q: Do I need to adjust the straps?
 
A: The straps have been designed to be long enough to suit the thickest of mattresses so that no adjustment is necessary. If there is too much slack in the straps, simply pull the grip cushion further down under the mattress. As long as the clamp lies on top of the mattress and the grip cushion is secured under the mattress, the chore can be done.
 
Q: Will the duvet slip out of the clamps when I tug the cover over the comforter?
 
A: If this happens, it is because the duvet is not fastened through the clamps. For a more secure lock, pull until enough of the duvet extends beyond the clamps prior to sliding downward through the horizontal slits.
 
Q: How far down should the grip cushions be positioned under the mattress?
 
A: Gravity, the weight of your mattress and the anti-slip material of the grip cushions all act together to prevent movement when the comforter is maneuvered inside its duvet cover. Therefore, the further down the grip cushions are positioned under the mattress, the less likely the product will slip out from underneath the mattress when performing the task.

A: We ship all over the world. At checkout, simply select your country and enter your shipping information.

Q: What is your return policy?

A: If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return your item for a full refund within 30 days of purchase (less shipping and handling). Once it is received and inspected your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2 - 10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
